Naturism continues to do well in North America, and in particular the USA and Mexico. There are many areas in Canada, but the winters do mean it's very seasonal.

Unfortunatly there is a constant battle between naturists and local prudes in many areas of the US, and few beach areas are available. This has meant there are many inland clubs with their own lakes and pools.
