Being naked is wonderful, but there are some things you need to do to make every ones experience enjoyable.

Most clubs are couples only or couples and single women. This is to help cut down on the voyeur element who seem to think nudity = sexuality.

Gawking

It's never polite to stare, and it's particularly impolite to stare at a naturist resort.

Towels

At the club or beach it is common for people to have not just large beach towels, but smaller hand towels too. These are mainly so that when sitting on communal chairs in dining areas or bars people can sit on their towel rather than directly on the chair. Apart from the health aspects, a soft towel is much nicer to sit on than sticking to a hot pleather chair.

Respect for others privacy

Many naturists are professional people who would rather keep details of their life outside of the club to themselves. Please help them enjoy themselves by not prying.

Photography

Photography is not usually allowed at most clubs, and when it is allowed it is considered polite to try and not get any people into the background of shots. That applies just as much to cameras and camera phones.

Lewd photography is usually forbidden, apart from special events such at some clubs (Nudes-A-Poppin).

Sunscreen

If this is your first time, just remember that some parts of your body have never been exposed to the full power of the sun, and sun burn is not only painful but can be dangerous too. As naturists are normally sun lovers, we all need to be aware of the dangers of skin cancer.

Arousal

This has it's own page due to the sensitive subject matter Arousal.

Litter

Littering is inexcusable at any time, but at a nudist resort, where people work hard to keep the locals happy it is really disrespectful. So don't.
